Service & Repair
From unclogging kitchen sinks to bathroom drain repair, we service all the drains in your home! If you look around your house, there are a variety of different drains that need to be kept clean so that they work properly. Our professionals have the training and tools to provide a full range of drain cleaning service and repair including:
Kitchen Drains: Grease, soap and food waste can take their toll, making your drains clog and run more slowly over time.
Shower/Bathtub Drains: Water should drain immediately when you’re showering and in just a few minutes after a bath. If it’s draining slowly, your tub or shower trap and drainpipe is probably clogged with soap and hair, and shower/bathtub drain repair or cleaning may be needed.
Bathroom Sink Drains: Slow draining and clogs are often a result of toothpaste, soap and grime. If you lose something down the drain, don’t run any more water. Call your local Rescue Rooter® professional, who should be able to retrieve the lost item without too much difficulty.
Toilet Drains: A clogged toilet is often caused by attempting to flush facial tissue, baby wipes or other products that don’t disintegrate the way toilet paper does. Fortunately, there’s a special plumbing tool that can cut through any obstruction while hugging the inside wall of the pipe, giving your toilet drain a thorough cleaning at the same time.
Floor Drains: Basements, laundry rooms, garages, patios, driveways and even older bathrooms often have a drain to carry away water and prevent flooding. Usually they are equipped with a trap that should be filled with water to prevent odors and sewer gas from escaping. Regular drain cleaning is recommended to prevent major clogs.
Scour Jet before and after ScourJet® Drain Cleaner
ScourJet high-pressure drain cleaning safely blasts away buildup in your drainpipes. It’s quick and effective.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”3611″ img_size=”230×230″ style=”vc_box_border_circle” border_color=”green”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

Leaks & Drips
A leaky faucet doesn’t seem like a plumbing emergency, but did you know that a faucet that drips 5 times a minute wastes approximately 230 gallons of water a year? Not to mention, a dripping faucet can quickly stain your sink and rust your fixtures.
Snyder’s Environmental repairs and replaces all types of faucets and fixtures. Call your local plumbing specialist today to fix your leak fast and properly.
Water Heaters
Until you experience a leak or a few cold showers, you’ll hardly ever think to schedule water heater check-ups. As a matter of fact, some people wait so long to service their water heaters that they risk damaging the tank and using up way more energy than necessary.
Over time, sediments can build up in the tank and eventually cause your water heater to overheat. Snyder’s Environmental specialists can remove these sediments and, if necessary, drain the tank.
If you notice metal or rust in your tank’s water, call us immediately. These particles may indicate the anode rod needs to be replaced. The anode rod attracts chemicals in the water and keeps them from rusting away the tank liner.
Oftentimes, if your home is experiencing water damage to floors, ceilings, or walls, it could be due to an incorrectly installed drain pan under your water heater.
Caution: Turn off the power at your circuit breaker or shut off the gas before making any kind of water heater inspection.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″ css=”.vc_custom_1452873431468{background-color: #e5e5e5 !important;border-radius: 10px !important;}”][vc_column_text]
